If your loved one suffers a fall, feels unwell or needs help in an emergency, they can press the emergency button on their alarm to be quickly connected to our response centre.

Elderly alarm bracelets and pendants

Our alarms for the elderly can be worn as an alarm bracelet or pendant. The alarm pendants are lightweight, discreet and comfortable to wear.

How the emergency alarms work

We provide you with an alarm pendant and alarm base unit. All you need is a modern phone socket and a mains electricity socket nearby (within 10 feet) to plug the alarm base unit into.

There are no complicated requirements and the alarm unit is really easy to assemble. And if your loved one decides the alarm service is not for them, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase.

You can order an elderly alarm online or by telephone. You can add a second elderly alarm pendant, key safe and choose whether you want one of our Telecare Consultants to set-up the alarm for you.

If you, or the person who you are purchasing the alarm service for, are chronically sick or disabled then you may not have to pay VAT on your personal alarm service.

Our personal alarm units are easy to set-up or our Telecare Consultants can connect the alarm unit in your home on your behalf for a one-off cost of £60.
