We-Connect: How It Works

The We-Connect service is designed for people who want the reassurance of having their personal alarm service installed, set up and tested by one of our professional Telecare Consultants.

If you order We-Connect online, here’s what will happen…

  1. We’ll process your payment and collect all of the keyholder and medical details.
  2. One of our team will call you within one working day* to arrange a suitable time for the installation. We offer morning or afternoon appointments and can normally install your alarm within five working days.
  3. Our Telecare Consultant will bring everything with them and install your personal alarm at the time we've agreed.
  4. They’ll install the alarm, show you how to use it and ensure it’s fully registered with our central response team.
  5. That’s it – you’re now fully set up with help available 24/7 at the touch of a button!

If you order We-Connect via the phone (0800 085 7371), your advisor will arrange the installation time when they take your order.

Did you know we also offer monitored safety devices such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms?
What’s more, if you order an extra device and want it installed at the same time as your personal alarm, installation won’t cost a penny more.
