A key safe is a simple and secure way to store a door key outside of your home. They allow your contacts or the emergency services to gain access to your home.

If you order a key safe with Self-Connect online, here’s what will happen…

  1. We’ll process your payment and collect your keyholder or contact details plus any medical information.
  2. We’ll post the personal alarm unit and key safe for you to connect yourself. We provide instructions to fit your key safe and connect your personal alarm, which are also available from the Information Hub section of our web site. A T30 Torx screwdriver is required to fit the key safe.
  3. That’s it – you’re now fully set up with help available 24/7 at the touch of a button!

 

If you order a key safe with We-Connect online, here’s what will happen…

  1. We’ll process your payment and collect your keyholder or contact details plus any medical information.
  2. One of our team will call within one working day to arrange a suitable time for the installation.
  3. We offer morning or afternoon appointments and can normally attend within five working days.
  4. Our Telecare Consultant will bring everything with them and install your personal alarm and key safe at the time agreed. The Telecare Consultant will show you how to use the personal alarm and key safe and ensure the alarm is fully registered with the response team.
  5. That’s it – you’re now fully set up with help available 24/7 at the touch of a button!
