Our personal alarm service is reliable and easy to use, and you can enhance your package with our medical helpline, fall detector, bogus caller button and monitored home sensors as your requirements change.
Over 1,000 new customers join us each month and we handled over 25,000 emergency alarm calls last year. We are audited annually by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) so you can be sure our services are fully accredited and will give you first class support.
The alarm unit is already assembled so it’s really easy. Delivery is free of charge. All you need is a modern phone socket and a mains electricity socket nearby (within 10 feet).
We recommend you have two keyholders so we can get help to you quickly should you need it. If this isn't possible, you can use your key safe to act as your keyholder. This means we will always be able to get help to you if the emergency services are called.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. There are no complicated requirements or hidden charges.
