Our sensor and detector service provides additional support and peace of mind for you and your family. Each works remotely and they are easy to set-up.
When the sensors are triggered, they call our 24 hour response centre who will contact you through the personal alarm unit. If we receive no response from you, for example if you cannot hear the alarm or are not at home, we will still take action. An activated alarm is never ignored.

No, there is no wiring required because the sensors automatically send a remote call to the personal alarm base unit, which then contacts the response centre.
Each home sensor is individually priced. There is no additional installation charge if fitted with your personal alarm, or a £69 charge will apply if fitted separately. The installation charge covers fitting multiple sensors in one visit. You are responsible for the maintenance of your sensors, or we can come and check them for £69, if you prefer. †
If you change your mind, simply give us a call. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
The sensors have self-test and low battery report features so there is no need to be concerned about the battery life.
